Madriz believes in hand-pruning shrubs and ornamental trees, not shearing, to maintain plant form, density and size.

Providing moisture & soil conservation, temperature moderation, salinity and weed control. Not to mention improving your garden beds appearance. Mowing

Madriz Landscaping strives towards satisfying our lawn mowing customers on a weekly basis. Communicating when there is a schedule change that may affect service. Spring & Fall Cleanup

Undoubtedly the leaves will fall from your tree. During a Spring & fall cleanup we clear leaves and small debris off the lawn, property and hard surfaces. We strongly recommend not leaving too many fallen leaves in your yard. In areas around the foundation you might find that mice, rats and other rodents have found their way to a new home for the winter. Please know that mice can also be a health hazard as mice and ticks can carry Lyme disease.
